* Notarized copy of certificate from an accredited law enforcement
academy.
* Notarized certificate from a law enforcement Spanish class.
(Individual without certificate must successfully pass the NMLEA Spanish
challenge exam.)
* Documentation indicating course curriculum and beginning and
ending dates of basic training program including total number of basic
training hours completed.
* Purchase Order for tuition ($250.00 agency sponsored) ($350.00
