Gallup Port of Entry
Interstate 40, Mile Marker 12 |

Shiprock Port of Entry
The Shiprock Port of Entry is open 5 days a week Monday through Friday
8:00AM to 4:00 PM. The facility sets on the eastbound side of US64
Mile Marker 22. The facility is located on the Navajo Indian Reservation. |

Gallup Port of Entry
The Gallup Port of Entry is a 24 hour, 7 days a week facility. The facility
sets on the eastbound side of Interstate 40 therefore receiving Commercial
Motor Vehicles entering the state of New Mexico and leaving the state
of Arizona. |

Cedarhill Port of Entry
The Cedarhill Port of Entry is open sporadically throughout the year.
The facility sets on the southbound side of US550 Mile Marker 173. |

Due to a joint agreement with the State of Arizona, the facility regulates
the Commercial Motor Vehicles for both states. This facility opened its
doors to the public in May 1992. |

Port of Entry: 1 Lieutenant, 2 Sergeants, 1 Port Supervisor, 1 Administrator,
11 Patrolman and 14 Civilian Inspectors staff the District. |

The Gallup Port of Entry is located 4 miles west of Gallup, New Mexico “Heart
of the Indian Country” the largest American Indian center in the
Southwest. |

Gallup is located between the Zuni and Navajo Reservations, serving
as a trading area for original and authentic Indian Arts and Crafts for
more than 200,000 people in the surrounding communities and pueblos.
Gallup has a unique cultural diversity that is not found elsewhere. |
