Grant County — New Mexico State Police is soliciting the public’s assistance in identifying and locating the following suspect who is wanted for identity theft which occurred in Silver City, New Mexico.The suspect is a light completed Hispanic male, approximate age 20-25 years old. He appears to be 5’8” tall and 175 pounds. He has short black hair, unknown eye color and has a large tattoo on his left forearm.

In the attached photographs, the suspect is shown using the stolen identity information at convenience stores in the Phoenix, Arizona area.
