Department of Public Safety Centennial Wall Dedication

SANTA FE-Join Cabinet Secretary Gorden Eden and the New Mexico Department of Public Safety for the dedication of a very special memorial honoring fallen DPS officers and members of DPS who lost their lives while serving in our military.

The Centennial Memorial Garden was created as a memorial to those DPS employees who were killed in the line of duty or during deployment as a member of the Armed Forces, Reservist or NM National Guard.

The Centennial Memorial Garden is also to honor those DPS employees or their immediate family members who serve or served as a member of the Armed Forces, Reservist or NM National Guard.

 

The dedication of the Centennial Memorial Garden will take place Monday, September 24th at 10 a.m. at the Department of Public Safety Headquarters, 4491 Cerrillos Road, Santa Fe.

Brigadier General Andrew E. Salas, the Adjutant General of the New Mexico National Guard will also be attending.

The NMDPS is committed to providing the highest quality of public safety services for the State of New Mexico and its law enforcement community. We will constantly evaluate and develop our efforts to become a national model in providing ethical, innovative, effective, efficient and customer-oriented, public safety services to the citizens and visitors of New Mexico.
